After trying different avenues of types of jobs and never being satisfied, I decided to take time in May and just work on myself. During that time, in a letter of acceptance to myself, I wrote out all the job requirements that I was” hired for” by a company in my next position. All my benefits started on day one! They are happy to have me, my desired salary, a 401K, and “the whole bit”.

After a few weeks, I farmed out two resumes. Previous to that I had had 7 interviews in 4 months after 300 resumes were sent out. I got two calls for my two resumes. One hired me on the spot, the other hired me after two interviews!!! What are the odds??? Then I found my letter of acceptance to myself and both jobs equaled exactly the dollar amount I had pretended on the letter. What are those odds??? The only difference was the date of hire, by one week.

Honestly, I am still amazed after all these years how correct the Universe is, and how if I believe in something, it happens.
